  • Yes, when it's done properly. We use trusted, custom-built files that stay within safe limits for your engine. A good remap works with your car, not against it. That's why every remap comes with our software guarantee.

  • Most cars take under an hour. Some newer models take a little longer. Either way, we come to you so you don’t need to waste half a day for this.

  • A remap counts as a modification, so you must tell your insurer. Some charge a little more, some don't. It depends on the company. Not declaring it can void your policy, so always be upfront. It's a quick phone call.

  • It can. If your car is still under manufacturer warranty, a remap may affect claims on engine and gearbox parts. If your car is out of warranty, there's nothing to worry about.

  • It depends on your car. Turbo petrol and diesel engines gain the most often 20–30% more power from a Stage 1. Send us your reg or your car's make, model and year, and we'll tell you the exact figures before you book.

  • It can, yes. A remap improves how your engine delivers power, so many drivers see better fuel economy on normal driving — especially diesels. (Though if you use all that new power everywhere, that's on you.)

  • Yes. And for automatics and DSG gearboxes, we recommend adding a TCU gearbox tune, it sharpens gear changes and lets the gearbox handle the extra power properly.

  • Yes. We keep a copy of your car's original software, so we can put it back to standard at any time.

  • Yes, a small deposit secures your booking, and you pay the rest when the job's done and you're happy.
